Pastor's Greeting

Thank you for visiting our Web site! We hope this site will answer any questions you may have about our church. We also hope that you will find the site to be an encouragement and blessing to you, wherever you might be in your spiritual journey.

We call our name "Redeemer" because we believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the only Redeemer of God's people. "Orthodox" indicates "straight thinking," and we call ourselves "Orthodox" because we believe in the straight teachings of God's infallible Word, the Bible. "Presbyterian" is taken from the Greek word "presbyter," which means "elder." We are Presbyterians because our churches are governed by elders, according to the pattern for church government revealed in the Bible. We are a "Church" because we are a congregation of those who confess faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Our desire here at Redeemer is to grow and mature in our relationship with Jesus Christ. We are seeking to know and love Him better, and to serve Him in obedience to His Word. We seek to encourage each other in this through the worship services and various activities of the church. We welcome your participation in any of these activities, and will be happy to furnish you with more information about them.

Now I would like to ask you to do something for us. If there is any way we can be of spiritual service to you or your family, or if you have any questions about the church, would you let us know? We would welcome the opportunity to be of assistance to you.

In closing, wherever you are in your spiritual journey, Redeemer Church is committed to helping you experience the abundant life that Christ has promised to his followers. We warmly invite you to invest just one Sunday to visit us, and see how Redeemer Church can make a difference in your life.

Sincerely yours in the service of Christ,

Rev. Geoffrey L. Willour
